Get the birthday child involved had have her/him plan the birthday tour, from picking, to taking them to a fun venue or restaurant and then delivering them back for parent pick-up.
As long as there is adult supervision on board there is no age limit and nibbles and drinks are allowed (conditions apply).

The Picnic Room room is 14.5 x 4.2m, has airconditiong and heating, a grassed floor, a small adjoining coutyard, an adjoining kitchen, toilet and baby change facilities. It is on the ground floor, has great pram access and a safety gate.
