Kids Party Venues Sunshine Coast
If you don't want to have your child's party at home then consider a local park or community hall. Check out your local council website for options. Some things to consider if you are going to hold a party outside your home:
- If you are going to use a park check that it has facilities like toilets, picnic shelters/shade, etc.
- Make a checklist so that you remember to take everything with you that you might need, e.g. tables, chairs, esky, cooking utensils if having a bbq, cake server/candles/matches, suncream, etc.
- If you are going to try to play games or have an entertainer in a public space it can be difficult to gain and hold the attention of the kids if there is a playground and other things to distract them nearby
- If you want to have something like a jumping castle in a public park you need to get permission from your local council first

Mons playgroup is the ideal kids party venue with it's playgroup equipment, full fenced grounds, undercover area and indoor room, kitchen facilities, toilets and parking. Hire is available from 9.00am to 12.30pm or from 1.00pm to 4.30pm. Hire fees are $50 for members or $60 for non-members, plus a $50 security deposit). Full day hire is an additional $40.
